After the Pre-Treatment section the Centre section starts in which first level testing is done. The sheets used in the process are:

BASIC PARAMETRE OF THE SHEET
TYPE OF PLANT : SHEET TO SHEET HOT DIP GALVANIZING PLANT
MATERIAL TO BE GALVANIZED : CR SHEET
WIDTH OF THE SHEET : 750 MM. – 1000 MM.
LENGTH OF THE SHEET : 1,800 MM. -3,660 MM.
THICKNESS OF THE SHEET : ANY RANGE FROM 0.14 MM. – 0.63 MM.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY : 10,000 TON – 15,000 TON PER YEAR
