Quality Control Setup

The quality control being right from the stage of procurement of raw materials where efforts are being made to ensure procurement from reputed manufacturers only.

All jobs comes through our production and planning department for proper methoding, pattern making and procurement of raw material for the required all type of castings, forging, rolled and also fabrication, machining and assembly.

Before assembly, the fabricated structures are stress relieved properly to normalize the welding joint and to avoid any deformation of the Machinery structure.

The sample of raw material sent to Government approved laboratory for analysis before production. Ultrasonic testing is also complied if required.
